2. Website Scope

Orange Fox provides English-language information about Dutch mortgage estimates, monthly payments, buyer costs, and the details that may matter before requesting a mortgage/adviser check.

The website is educational and calculator-led, not a bank, lender, mortgage approval platform, legal office, tax advisory service, or public authority.

3. Calculator Estimates

The calculator is indicative only. It uses visible assumptions selected on the page, such as home price, own funds, interest rate, mortgage term, income, transfer-tax assumption and rough buyer costs.

The calculator does not check lender policy, employment type, debts, student loans, lease obligations, personal tax position, property valuation, energy label, NHG, fixed-rate period rules, or documents.

Calculator results are not a mortgage offer, mortgage approval, formal borrowing capacity calculation, lender decision, valuation, tax advice, legal advice, or binding financial advice.

4. Mortgage/Adviser Check Requests

A request through the website form does not automatically create an assignment, client relationship, mortgage-advice relationship, valuation assignment, or legal obligation to provide a service.

After a request is submitted, the details may be reviewed and you may be contacted with a next practical step. A request can be declined, referred, or left without a service proposal if it is outside scope, incomplete, unsuitable, or not feasible to handle.
